I have been with Essex for three years and currently hold the position of Contact Center
Senior Contact Center Manager
I find it refreshing to see the level trust Essex has in its employees and the impact that
makes.
Change is embraced and promoted from all departments and positions within the
company. All areas and team members are agile and working towards a common goal.

My work ethic and my unwillingness to fail are my greatest strengths, “You don’t change

has a strong influencing impact. I am willing to take on any role to make us
(company/group/team) successful, while leveraging my skillset as best as possible. Being
honest, present, and reliable are the core values I believe in.
Fun Fact: Music (Listen, Concerts, & DJ), Disc Golf, and cooking. I played semi pro baseball
and have a cocker spaniel named Sophie.
