I have been with Essex since August 2015 (over 5 years). I started as a Director and am now
Sr. Director of Process Improvement, Training and G&A Budget/Reporting for the
Accounting Teams.
I really enjoy working with the 11 Accounting Teams and my supervisor, Essex’s Chief
Accounting Officer, John Farias and my team of 3 who specialize in process improvement
Lori and training for the Accounting Teams.
Stone
My greatest strength is Project and Time Management. The most important leadership
lesson I have learned is that it is important to facilitate the growth of those who directly

I consider what will drive the biggest process improvement impact, allowing teams to free
up time for analyzing.
My personal core values are above all else, honesty. Followed closely by a sense of humor
(especially about oneself) and having courage to do the right thing.
Fun Fact: My degree is in Graphic Design, but I’ve worked in Real Estate for 30+ years. My
passion is color and design and I enjoy dabbling in multiple mediums.
