And I tell you what – I
really needed it when we

went heli-skiing in Alaska.
What a journey to get

there and then once we
were there, we went by

helicopter to the place
where you could either
ski or snowboard.

Whop, whop, whop. The
thump of the rotors

faded as the helicopter
lifted away. There was silence, just for a moment -which gave us all an

opportunity to enjoy and take in, the pristine peaks before us.

My heart beat so fast it was nearly

as loud as the helicopter that we
arrived on! But Wow, when I
started the descent on the

snowboard with my Mum, it was THE
most exhilarating experience of my

canine life. The wind whipped up my
ears and whooshed through them

with some ferocity – we were going
that fast! I prayed to DOG that we

wouldn’t overturn our board and
suffer a calamity or a mischief. My
heart was fair in my mouth, friends and I ensured I kept it shut for fear it

would fly right out! But when we got to the bottom – my eyes were shining,
and I asked whether we could do it again!

Jiminy Crickets, I’ve had some adventures over the course of my life but that
one is a particularly exciting standout.
