Importantly, continuous provision complements direct teaching. It allows
children to revisit and consolidate what they’ve learned, applying knowledge in
new and practical ways. Teachers remain closely involved, guiding learning
through group work, observation, support and targeted teaching moments—all
within a rich, purposeful setting.
This approach is gradually being introduced into classrooms through the existing
learning centres, ensuring every environment is carefully adapted to meet the
needs of our learners, with thoughtfully selected resources available throughout
the day to extend learning beyond the traditional lesson.
To ensure our educators remain at the forefront of best practice, we are also
providing them with regular access to high-quality training, educational
resources and updates. This ongoing professional development ensures our
teachers are well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of young learners while
maintaining a consistent focus on quality and excellence - now and into the
future.
At EPG, we are committed to blending proven traditional methods with
forward-thinking, evidence-based strategies. Our goal is always the same: to
provide an enriching and high-quality education that prepares our children to be
the best they can be.
