Abstract
Counselling center was established in Juvenile and Family Court around the

country to providing treatment, counselling, or occupational therapy based on Juvenile
.
and Family Court and Procedure Act B.E 2553 (2010). From the study, the author found
that there are numbers of operational problems in the counselling center from various
.
reasons For example, transportation problems, giving false information because of
counselling avoidance, and complications of covid-19 transmission.
From mentioned problems, the author’s objectives are as follows:

1 To study the procedure of counselling service at the Counselling center in
Juvenile and Family Court;

2 To propose innovation in management for Counselling center at Juvenile and
Family Court

The result of the study led to the proposal of innovation in management for
counselling at Juvenile and Family Court in order to promote work efficiency and

effectiveness. The innovation consists of:
1. Implementation of Communication Technology in counselling

.
2 Collaboration with Local Governmental Units to facilitate the counselling for
child, juvenile and parents.

3. Saturday and Sunday counselling service
The advantages of the innovation are to decrease the transportation problems, to

reduce operational problems of the counselling center, to develope a system for the
consulting center with Communication Technology, to manage systematic case collection, to

collect case statistics and idioms. Seeking for the data is safe and easy because its reduced
procedures, less time, and less operational barriers As a result, all stakeholders will receive

prompt and efficient services.
