Abstract
Today's world is in the age of Digital Disruption, Digital technology is evolving
rapidly. Businesses are shaken by these new technologies or innovations. Technology has changed
the way we do business, such as consumer accessibility and monetization of digital platforms.
Changes are happening in all sectors including industry, education, finance and banking, and
justice.
The Supreme Court is the supreme court of justice. It has the authority to review
the judgments of the Court of Appeal and establish guidelines for law enforcement. The Supreme
Court's verdict is final. In the year 2020, The Supreme Court has adopted an electronic process
of reviewing draft judgments in the Special Cases Division in the Supreme Court. Which is expected
to complete the case in the Supreme Court quickly and fairly.It is also a pilot in the use of
electronic tools in the work of the Supreme Court to become the perfect Smart Court.

ศาลยุติธรรมได้ก าหนดแผนพฒนาดิจิทัลศาลยุติธรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ – ๒๕๖๔ ขึ้น โดยวิสัยทัศน์
ศาลยุติธรรมตามแผนพฒนาดิจิทัลศาลยุติธรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ – ๒๕๖๔ ดังกล่าว ก าหนดว่า “ศาลยุติธรรมใช้

เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาให้บริการประชาชน เพอเข้าถึงการอานวยความยุติธรรมโดยสะดวก รวดเร็ว และประหยัด

ค่าใช้จ่าย” สอดคลองกับรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ มาตรา ๖๗ รัฐพงจัดระบบการบริหารงาน
ในกระบวนการยุติธรรมทุกด้านให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เป็นธรรม และไม่เลือกปฏิบัติ และให้ประชาชนเข้าถึง
กระบวนการยุติธรรมได้โดยสะดวก รวดเร็ว และไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายสูงเกินสมควร และ มาตรา ๒๕๘ ง. ด้านกระบวนการ

ยุติธรรม (๑) ให้มีการก าหนดระยะเวลาด าเนินงานในทุกขั้นตอนของกระบวนการยุติธรรมที่ชัดเจน เพอให้
