Abstract
According to the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2551 legislated that shall be the

Case Affairs officers to support the court procedure in consumer protection’s cases, also,
The Corruption and Misconduct Act B.E. 2559 prescribed that there shall be the Case Affairs

officers to assist the Court’ practice as assigned, likewise, the Civil Procedure Code lays

down that the Case Affairs officers shall support the court trial of class action cases as
designated.

Since B.E.2551, in practice, the Case Affairs officers has yet performed the

supportive role to formulate the judge’s trial according to the purpose of the legislation.
Throughout those years, there are problems concerning to the work systems and the

progression to career path of the Case Affairs officers.
The Honorable Chief Justice foresee the cruciality of development of the Case

Affairs officers to enhance the supportive of court proceedings, therefore, as constituted in
the Honorable Chief Justice’s Policy, recommendations related with the Case Affairs

officers’ authority and conduct, B.E. 2564.

Heretofore, the Court of Justice established the proclamation of the distribution
of internal administration agencies and responsibilities of the court of justice (issue 16),

stipulates the Case Affairs officers to operate in the central office, the high court, the civil

court, the corruption and misconduct court, also, the provincial and district court.
Subsequently, the Court of Justice, deputation, the Secretary of the Court of Justice has

the letter of announcement to acknowledge the Chief Officers of the Court to comply with
Mission and Responsibilities of the Case Affairs officers.

Regarding the fourth mention, it is the initiation of the development of the role
in supporting court proceedings of the Case Affairs officers, also, problem solving as it

unambiguously the work system and progression in career path of the Case Affairs officers,

moreover, there shall set out the direction of development for enhancing the efficiency of
the court execution and acceptance effectiveness of the Judiciary system.
