     strength training alone. The body needs enough
     protein to make the muscles grow - otherwise
     no growth.

     INGREDIENTS


     225 ml low-fat chocolate milk
     1 banana (frozen)
     2–4 ice cubes
     1 pouch Kyäni Fit20 Vanilla

     PREPARATION


     Put all ingredients in a blender and mix to a
     smoothie.
