                                                               After a strenuous workout, replenishing water and
                                                               glucose stores is of primary importance to jump-
                                                               start muscle regeneration. 1-2 hours after training.
                                                               Jump-start for recovery to help restore the
                                                               electrolyte balance.

                                                               INGREDIENTS


                                                               1 pinch of cinnamon  20 g low-fat vanilla yogurt
                                                               1 tbsp peanut butter  1 pouch Kyäni Fit20 Vanilla
                                                               (or almond butter)   120 ml almond milk (unsweetened!)
                                                               1 banana             2-3 ice cubes

                                                               PREPARATION


                                                               Put all ingredients in a blender and mix to a smoothie.
