Are you saying that you want to report
a theft incidence in your office?
Secretary: Hello, 911? I need a Police Assistance here at Hotel Avana Resort and Restaurant.
911: Why? What happened there, Miss?
Secretary: The C.E.O. and I went for a Convention this afternoon and upon going back, we saw
the safety box forcefully opened.
911: Are you saying that you want to report a theft incidence in your office?
Secretary: Yes, Officer! All the important documents of our C.E.O. together with the cash disap-
peared.
911: Okay, calm down, Miss. Please tell me your full name first, contact number and your posi-
tion there in the office.
Secretary: I am Aeriel Houston, Sir and my contact number is 09157489322. I am the secretary
of the C.E.O.
911: What time did you leave with the C.E.O? You said you went on a Convention.
Secretary: We left about 10 o’ clock in the morning, Sir.
911: We’re you able to check if the safety box is closed, before you left?
Secretary: Yes, of course, sir. That has included in my routine and responsibilities.
911: If you were able to check that, are you sure that you have also locked the office of the
C.E.O. before you left for the convention?
Secretary: Sir, I have done all those things and I am very sure about it.
911: Do you have anyone in mind that could have done that?
Secretary: That, I cannot tell because I am not sure about that. Could you come here at once
and have an investigation?
911: Yes, we will do that, just be sure that you have maintained the original features of the scene
of the crime.
Secretary: Do not worry, Sir, we have done that.
911: Okay, then please clear the area. We are coming in. Thanks!
