Hello, 100? Turkey Traffic Police, please. I am Atty. Rafael Cruise and I have encountered a traf-
fic accident here. I have lost my breaks and I accidentally hit a Chevrolet. Could you spare us a
moment and check our situation here? I am willing to pay back what I have broken. We hope
that you could come right away since we are causing a traffic jam here. We did not move a
thing from our cars. We will wait for your traffic officers. Our exact location is 3rd Street Corner
