               Agent: Thank you for calling Blue Shield. This is Maybelle; how can I help you?
               John: Hi, I would like to take advantage of your plan, but I am not sure which plan to take.
               Agent: Well, we have wide variety of plans. Would it be for yourself or your family?
               John: It would be for my kids. Do you have a recommended plan for the them?
               Agent: Certainly, we have the Healthy Families Program.  This might suit your need.
               John: Well, I hope so.  I have two kids to secure. Please tell me more about the program.
               Agent: Sure, may I ask if the kids are residents of California?
               John: Yeah, of course. They are born and raised here in the States.
               Agent: Oh great! That means they are eligible for the plan.
               John: Great then sign me up.
               Agent: That will be wonderful; however, there is a family income requirement, which you need to
                  know.
               John: Please explain in detail.
               Agent: How old are your kids, Sir?
               John: I have a 5-year-old son and my baby girl is turning 1-year-old next week.
               Agent: Good, then the required income bracket should range from $2,335 to $2917.
               John: Great, how do I get started?

                  Yes, the law requires provision of health insurance to each employee. Ours is like a reimburse-
                  ment process.  For any medical attention, we make sure that all receipts are intact.  It does not
                  cover us too, when we go out of the country for travel.
