Liza: My name is Liza Becker.

Liza: How come?
Bank Personnel: It is showing in our system, that you have been on delinquent status since May
of 2007.
Liza: What does that mean?
Bank Personnel: It means that you have unsettled accounts and overdue balances.
Liza: I totally do not know anything about that. It is my first time to apply for a card in your
company.
Bank Personnel: I am sorry to hear about that Madam.
Liza: Do you have any Fraud department, which you can refer me?
Bank Personnel: You may call us at 1300 408 166 for any complaints.
Liza: This is indeed a form of identity theft. I could have gotten ID theft insurance.
Bank Personnel: I am sorry for this Madam; I hope it will be resolve as soon as possible.

Yes, nowadays, thieves can also take away your identity. You will never know if they
can swipe you credit card. They might even use your social security number for any
fraudulent acts. It is better to have peace of mind for a price than experience horrifying
nightmares due to debts that you did not make.

2. Were you ever declined an application for a bank loan or any other loans?

Sample answer:
No, I have not, but I will surely think over twice of the reason because I care of my credit stand-
ing. I will surely be paranoid of having an impostor. Moreover, I never had any record of account
delinquency with any bank.
