York due to pain on the lower back and painful urination with burning sen-
sation.

I have been feeling a pricking pain on my lower back and experiencing burning and painful
urination for almost a week now, doctor. I used to eat salty food. Maybe, my job has something

to maintain a healthy lifestyle because I need to move fast. I suspect that I have Urinary Tract
Infection. Can I request for urinalysis?

2. You are single-working mother of a 1 year old baby girl. You find it hard to
breastfeed your baby so you decided to nourish the baby with bottle feed-
ing. This week, you were very busy with a lot of paper work from the office
that you did not realize that the baby has Diarrhea. You rush your baby to
the hospital.
