It seems we’re going to have a
splendid meeting!
Mary: Hi Bill! Are you ready for our upcoming corporate meeting at 4:00 o’clock this afternoon?
Bill: Absolutely. Our chairperson assigned me to take notes and to make the arrangements.
Mary: You seem to be on top of everything.
Bill: Yes, I’ve already made the arrangements for the reservation of the conference room.
Mary: I’m really excited. I have so many ideas to share on how to improve our Marketing strate-
gies.
Bill: Let’s save those ideas for later and spread the word to the attendees so we can all be pre-
pared.
Mary: Are you sure, everything is settled?
Bill: Yes, we’re all set.
Mary: It seems we’re going to have a splendid meeting!
Bill: I hope so. We really need everyone’s input to make it successful.
Mary: You’re right! Last time, many people were tired from the recent conference.
Bill: I remember; it was hard to gather suggestions and mesh the ideas together.
Mary: Yes, a meeting won’t be successful if we can’t get input from all the affected individuals.
Bill: Everyone has been given ample time to prepare so I’m expecting a good outcome.
Mary: I just remembered. Have you checked the LCD projector and other things we’ll be using?
Bill: I’ll be checking up on those shortly. I’m just waiting for our technical assistant.
Mary: Oh, I see. Well it seems you’ve got things well in hand.
Ben: It’s really no trouble.
Mary: Alright, see you later then. Take care!
Ben: You too!

Yes. I set up activities for my friends and family on important occasions. I am usually
