B: Here you are.
A: Your seat number is 2A. Please follow me. Ok sir, here is your seat. Is there anything else that
I may help you with?
B: Oh, yes. I fi nd it a little inconvenient to sit on this area because I need to fi nish a report before
arriving to Seoul. Can you please fi nd an available seat on the right side somewhere between
the 4th row and the 7th row?
A: Okay sir; let me check that one for you. In the meantime, please take your seat while waiting
for everyone to board the plane. I will get back to you once I have the confi rmation regarding
the availability of your request.

B: Thank you very much.
A: You are most welcome sir.

1. What are the things that you should observe onboard the plane?

save me from inconvenience later on.

I had an unforgettable experience when someone sat on my assigned seat. I thought that I was on the wrong side of the plane. It turned out

that there was a mistake in my boarding pass. Eventually, the flight attendant resolved the matter.

3. How was your first flight experience?

My first flight experience was terrible. I was nervous at that time because of the weather turbulence. Fortunately, the flight attendant assured

me that everything was all right.
