Which do you Prefer?

A: Good morning sir. We have chicken and beef for today’s menu. Which one would you prefer?
B: What would you recommend?
A: The chicken meal is truly appetizing and it is one of our bestsellers.
B: Ok. I will have that one.
A: What about your drink sir?
B: May I see your wine list?

A: Surely sir, here you are. (…)
B: Let me have a glass of McWilliams Mount Pleasant Hunter Valley Chardonnay 2000 please.
A: Excellent choice! Is there anything else that you would like to add, sir?
B: Yes, I would like to have blueberry cheesecake for my dessert. Thank you.
A: Let me just repeat your order--1 chicken meal, a glass of white wine and 1 blueberry cheese-
cake.
B: That is right!

1. Is there any particular food that you would not like being served?

Sample answer:
Yes, I am allergic to milk and cheese. I usually vomit whenever I try to eat some. The rest would be fine so long as milk and cheese are not

included.
2. Which do you prefer, wine or soda?

Sample answer:
I do not drink alcohol, so I must say I prefer soda to wine. I am allergic to alcohol, so as much as possible I try to avoid drinking it. Nevertheless,
if it is inevitable then I just drink a sip or two.

3. Have you tried ordering special meals during your flight?

Sample answer:
No, because I practically eat anything. Moreover, I do not want to spend much on food during flights because I am on a budget most of the

time.
