1. Another passenger occupies your assigned seat (i.e. 43A window seat). It seems that there is a mistake in
your boarding pass. Incidentally, you are discussing with the flight attendant about the following changes:

a. Request to transfer to another vacant window seat
b. Ask for assistance to place your luggage in the vacant overhead bin
Sample answer:
I am afraid there has been a mistake in my seating arrangement. My boarding pass indicates that I need to take 43A window seat. However,
someone is already occupying my seat. Is there a way that I could transfer to a vacant window seat? I also appreciate your assistance to transfer
my carry-on luggage to a vacant overhead bin.

2. You are going to Hong Kong to attend a Business Trade Fair. On the plane, you are talking to Mr. Johnson, your
seatmate. You have learned that both of you are going to the same event. You suggest him to attend on the
same date and time:

a. Date & Time: January 27th 10:00 am

Sample answer:
Mr. Johnson, it is really my pleasure talking to you. Since we are both attending the Business Trade Fair in Hong Kong, perhaps we can discuss
the details of the proposal this 27th at 10:00am. Is it possible to see you at the coffee shop of your hotel? Incidentally, I am going to meet
someone at 9am at the same place.
