A: Hello Gabriel! How are you doing?
B: I’m fi ne, sir. Thanks for asking. I’m calling to ask if I could see you next Friday. I’d like to
present to you the retirement services products that I was telling you during the conference.
A: Hold on a second. I’ll just check my schedule.

B: No problem, sir.
A: Okay. Could you come to my offi ce at 7:00 P.M? I can’t see you during offi ce hours because I’ll
be out the entire day.
B: That’s fi ne sir. I’ll see you at 7:00 P.M next Friday. Thank you.
