TAMPA BAY CHAPTER #252, Charles R. Bailey, Secretary.
On November 20, 2024. Chapter President Fernando Gonzalez inducted Brother David Buono into the
Chapter at our November meeting. Lance Corporal Buono served in the U.S. Marine Corps and is a member of
Nitram Lodge No.188 in Saint Petersburg, Florida. At the same meeting, Brother John Hillyer, National
Assistant Chief of Staff, presented to Brother Tom Clark his 50 year service award as a Hero of '76. In
anticipation of this award, Osceola Camp scheduled a Bivouac for Saturday, November 23rd, that date being
the same day and date as his induction as a Hero in 1974. Tampa Bay Chapter meets on the 3rd Wednesday of
each month from September to May at Golden Corral, 6942 W. Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa. Each meeting
is a "working lunch" where we conduct our business from noon to 1:00 pm. Fellow Sojourners and their guests
are always welcome to join with us at our meetings in Tampa.
