                knuckles.

























                Left hook: Execute the left hook by lifting your left elbow
                until it is parallel to your shoulder. Keep an approximately

                90-degree bend in your elbow. Hold your arm in this position
                as you rotate around the waist while slightly pivoting on the
                toes of your lead foot to ease through the rotation. With a
                closed fist and thumb facing up, ensure you are striking the

                right sagittal plane of your target with your knuckles.
























                Right uppercut: The right uppercut is executed by striking

                the bottom transverse plane of your target. From your
                boxing stance, lower your right forearm until the angle of
                your elbow is between 30 and 90 degrees. Rotate around
                your waist and pivot slightly on the ball of your rear foot as
