To slip left, start from your boxing stance, slightly lower your

                level, and lean to the left. Your knees will bend outward and
                away from each other as you change your level. Your head
                and upper body will shift away from the center line as you

                bend at the waist to lean to the left.





























                Dip: From your boxing stance, quickly lower your level by

                bending your knees to drop down then catching your weight
                once you’ve reached a lowered squat position. Extend your
                knees to bring yourself back into your initial starting
                position.
