e) perform other related tasks as directed.

Section 1.f. Quality Management Representative (QMR). This

office shall perform the following functions:

a) ensure the effective planning implementation and maintenance

and continual improvement of

the established Quality Management System;

b) report to the top Management the performance of the quality

management systems and areas

for further improvement;

c) ensure the promotion of awareness of meeting customer

requirements within the relevant

scope of the University’s QMS, and

d) liais with external parties on matters relating to the University’s

QMS.

Section 1.g. The Planning Office

Planning Office. Headed by a University Planning Officer, this Office

shall perform the following

functions:

a) define the vision of the University System;

b) coordinate the long-range planning activities of the University

System;

c) oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of

institutional plans, development programs and projects of the

university system;
