Good Parts for you TR – submitted by Ed Major
Many of you may not be aware of “Good Parts” for your Triumph. Richard Good of Mohnton Pennsylvania (Eastern PA)
has been engineering and producing performance parts for Triumphs for more than 20 years. I purchased a set of heavy-
duty road springs back in the 90’s to “lower” the ride height of a TR6 I owned. Since then I have purchased numerous
performance items for both my TR250 and my latest TR6. He is the manufacturer of the famous triple carburetor manifolds
seen on so many Triumph 6-cylinder engines (and my TR250).
My most recent purchase is a set of adjustable rear trailing arm brackets. They allowed me to set the rear wheel camber on
the car, stock TR’s don’t allow for rear wheel camber adjustment. Richard’s “goods” are over manufactured and are head
and shoulders above Triumph’s original products.
Many WPTA (my northern TR Club) club members are using Good Performance parts. Take a look around his web site,
you won’t be disappointed: https://www.goodparts.com/ - Plus, The Roadster Factory also sells “Good Performance Parts”.
