IN - 40 Introduction - How to remove the vehicle faults

Failure phenomenon list

The fault symptom table is used to express the possible causes of each fault symptom (e.g. circuit, part, etc),
as shown in the table below. When the diagnostic unit indicates the normality of system but the fault still
exists, remedy the fault as per fault symptom table. The sequence No. in the table indicates the checking
sequence of circuits or parts.
If the diagnostic system of vehicle fails to find out any fault but the fault symptom exists in reality, it indicates
that the occurred fault is outside the checking range of diagnostic system.

Use the list below to help you find the reasons of failures. The number represents the order of failure
reason possibility Check each part according to the order and replace it when necessary

1. The parts in the clutch are broken Check the clutch moving parts.

3. Lubricant not sufficient or gear oil Check the oil level. Fill in to the
