Clutch-clutch components

(c). Install the release fork of the clutch on the
transmission and install the release fork
arm on the release fork axle, screw down
the fixing bolts.
Torque: 20 ± 3.5 N•m

13. install transmission assembly (refer to “chapter 31 transmission-transmission assembly,
replacement”)
14. connect the battery negative pole cable
15. inspect and adjust the clutch slave cylinder booster (refer to “chapter 32 clutch-clutch
slave cylinder booster, replacement”)
16. tightness test of clutch system (refer to “chapter 32 clutch-clutch slave cylinder booster,
replacement”)
17. oil tightness test of clutch system (refer to “chapter 32 clutch-clutch slave cylinder booster,
replacement”)
18. operability test of clutch system (refer to “chapter 32 clutch-clutch slave cylinder booster, 32
replacement”)
