Steering mechanism-steering column assembly

17. Fasten the steering shield assembly
(a). Screw down the 6 screws and fasten the
steering shield assembly.

18. Install the steering axle limit bolt
19. Install the retracing spring
(a). Make the hook at one end of the retracing
spring pass through from the mounting
hole at the bottom.
(b). Clamp the hook at the other end of the
retracing spring with sharp-nose pliers and
make it pass through the mounting hole at
the top.

20. Install the lock sleeve

21. Install the left limit bracket
(a). Screw down the bolt and install the left
limit bracket.

22. Install the right limit bracket
Hint:
The steps for the installation of right limit bracket are the same with those for the left one.
