Heater and AC- Condenser
Overhaul
Notes:
Condenser is a kind of heat exchanger, so there are lots of fragile parts on structural and
material aspects (especially for the heat radiator parts); so do not make them collide or fall
them down during assembly and disassembly.
1. Disassemble condenser fan
(a). Disconnect 2 insert parts.
(b). Loose 4 bolts to disassemble condenser
fan.
2. Disassemble condenser
(a). Discharge refrigerant (refer to “Chapter 51 Heater and AC-Refrigerant, Replacement”)
(b). Disconnect the connection of compressor-condenser pipeline (refer to “Chapter 51 Heater
and AC pipe, Replacement”).
(c). Disconnect the connection of condenser-liquid reservoir pipeline (refer to “Chapter 51
Heater and AC pipe, Replacement”).
(d). Loose 4 bolts and disassemble the
condenser.

3. Assemble the condenser
(a). Fasten 4 bolts and assemble the
condenser.
Notes:
Take care of the pipeline and bracket about
the installation position. First adjust the
position of front/rear, up/down and left/right,
but do not fasten them until the pipeline of
entry is assembled.
(b). Connect the pipeline of condenser-
reservoir (refer to “Chapter 51 Heater
and AC-AC pipe, Replacement”).
(c). Connect the pipeline of
compressor-condenser (refer to “Chapter
51 Heater and AC-AC pipe,
Replacement”).
