                                             Wiper and washer-Connection rod mechanism

               Connection rod mechanism


               Replacement

               1.  Disassemble the wiper arm (refer to “Chapter 55 Wiper and washer- Wiper arm, Replacement”)
               2.  Disassemble blower assembly (refer to “Chapter 51 Heat and AC-Blower, Replacement”)
               3.  Disassemble wiper  motor assembly  (refer to  “Chapter 55 Wiper and washer- Wiper motor assembly,
                   Replacement”)
               4.  Disassemble the connection rod mechanism
               (a).   Loose 4 fixation nuts to disassemble the connection rod mechanism.


























               5.  Assemble the connection rod mechanism
               (a).   Fasten 4 fixation nuts to assemble the connection rod mechanism.

               6.  Assemble wiper motor assembly  (refer to  “Chapter 55 Wiper  and washer- Wiper motor assembly,
                   Replacement”)
               7.  Assemble the wiper arm (refer to “Chapter 55 Wiper and washer- Wiper arm, Replacement”)
               8.  Assemble blower assembly (refer to “Chapter 51 Heat and AC-Blower, Replacement”)
