6. Install the left down fender of the
engine
(a). Single vehicle:
Install the left down fender of the engine
and screw down the 2 fixing nuts.
Torque: 21~25 N•m

(b). Half vehicle:
Install the left down fender of the engine
and screw down the 3 nuts.
Torque: 21~25 N•m

(c). Screw down the 3 fixing nuts as shown
in the illustration.
Torque: 21~25 N•m
Hint:
The steps for the installation of the right down
fender of the engine are the same with those for
the left one.

7. Inspect whether the front fender assembly is installed firmly and all the parts can’t be
loose.
