Fuel-Fuel tank
11. Installing fuel tank assembly
(a) Install fuel tank assembly onto fuel tank
bracket and fix it to correct position.

(b) Tighten the nuts connecting fuel tank
strap welded unit with fuel tank bracket.
11 Torques:
Fuel tank capacity (L) Torque (N•m)

80 21~25
120 41~51

200 41~51

Notices:
• Tighten the nuts connecting fuel tank
strap welded unit with fuel tank
bracket to the specified torque simply.
Over torque will cause fuel tank
deformation.
• The fuel tank should be connected
securely without abnormal shock.
• Rubber band pads should be even and
flat.
12. Connecting fuel return pipe
(a) Connect fuel return pipe of fuel tank, and
tighten fuel return pipe joint nut.
Torque: 21~25 N•m
(b) After the connection is completed,
lightly pull junction of fuel pipe and fuel
sensor outlet to check for firm
connection.
