(f) Check tire for ripple wear. If any, check
tire for standard inflation pressure and
correct camber angle and toe-in, and
wheel bearing for looseness or wear, and
adjust. Perform tire rotation after the
adjustment.

3. Inspecting inflation pressure of a cold tire

Tire size Inflation pressure
8.25R20 0.830 MPa
8.25R16 0.670 MPa
7.50R16 0.770 MPa
7.00R16 0.670 MPa

If tire size or inflation pressure is nonconforming, adjust or replace as needed.

4. Checking crown, shoulder, and sidewall of a tire
If such defects as internal damage, delamination, bulging and deformation are found at crown,
shoulder, or sidewall of a tire, the tire must be replaced with a new one.

5. Checking tire valve

If a valve core is found leaky, replace promptly.
6. Checking rim and circlip

If deformation or rust causing damage is found, replace promptly.

7. Checking tire bolts
If not tightened, retighten them one by one according to the standard.
