Adjustment
1. Tire rotation
(a) Figure A shows the case that spare tire is
not involved in rotation.
(b) Figure B shows the case that spare tire is
involved in cycle rotation.
(c) Figure C shows the case that spare tire is
involved in cross rotation.

2. Dynamic balancing of a tire
(a) Clear the wheel to be tested of dust,
stones and used weights.
(b) Check tire pressure and adjust to original
requirement.
(c) Select a cone according to size of rim
center hole. Install the wheel carefully
and tighten using quick nut.
(d) Power on dynamic balancer.
(e) Measure rim width.
(f) Measure rim diameter.
(g) Measure rim edge to dynamic balancer
distance.
(h) Drop wheel shield, and start the test.
(i) Wait until the test is finished, and then
install weights firmly according to the
unbalanced positions and unbalances
indicated by the machine.
(j) Test again, and adjust until dynamic
balance is satisfactory.
(k) Remove the tire.
