Front axle-steering knuckle

21. Installing right steering knuckle latch
Tip:
Follow the same installation steps for left steering knuckle latch to install right steering knuckle
latch.
22. Installing left knuckle pin cap
(a) Smear plenty of grease on both ends of knuckle pin. Be sure to fill up the whole space.

Grease: 2# lithium base grease

(b) Install left knuckle pin cap pad.
Notice:
Be sure to replace with a new left knuckle pin cap pad.

(c) 1051 series and 1061 series models:
• Install left knuckle pin cap by
tightening the 3 bolts.
Torque: 12~20 N•m
• Install oil cup onto left knuckle pin
cap.

(d) 1089 series models:

• Install left knuckle pin cap by
tightening the 2 bolts.
Torque: 12~20 N•m

23. Installing right knuckle pin cap
Tip:
Follow the same installation steps for left knuckle pin cap to install right knuckle pin cap.
24. Installing left knuckle pin plug cap
Tip:
Follow the same installation steps for left knuckle pin cap to install left knuckle pin plug cap.
25. Installing right knuckle pin plug cap
Tip:
Follow the same installation steps for left knuckle pin plug cap to install right knuckle pin plug cap.
