Braking-brake system

Nn-vehicle inspection

1. Inspect the brake system inflation performance
(a). Start the engine and maintain moderate engine speed.
(b). Run the engine for 5 minutes, and check the barometer reading.
Pressure:
Vehicle tape Pressure
1051 series 0.79 ~ 0.83 MPa
1061 series 0.79 ~ 0.83 MPa
1089 series 0.79 ~ 0.83 MPa
If the pressure is lower than standard value within 5 minutes, the brake system does not meet the
requirement of braking system performance. Inspect the brake pipeline, repair or replace them if
necessary.
2. Leakagetest of brake system
(a). Turn the engine off at the rated working pressure.
(b). Depress full service application 5 times consecutively, and check the barometer reading.
Pressure:
vehicle type Pressure
1051 series ≤ 0.45 MPa
1061 series ≤ 0.45 MPa
1089 series ≤ 0.45 MPa
If the pressure is lower than the standard value, the brake system does not meet the requirement of
the sealing quality. Inspect the brake lpipeline, repair or replace them if necessary.
(c). Fully depress the brake pedal for 5 minutes, check the barometer reading.
Pressure drop:
Vehicle Pressure drop
1051 series ≤ 0.2 MPa
1061 series ≤ 0.2 MPa
26 1089 series ≤ 0.2 MPa
If the pressure is lower than the standard, the brake system does not meet the requirement of the
sealing quality. Inspect the brake pipeline, repair or replace them if necessary.
