Braking-solenoid exhaust brake valve

Overhaul

1. Disconnect battery negative pole cable
2. Disconnect exhaust brake valve assembly
(a) Disconnect the connector from exhaust brake valve.

(b) Disconnect the air inlet pipe from exhaust brake
valve.

3. remove exhaust brake valve assembly
(a) Remove the 4 fixing bolts of exhaust brake valve.
(b). Take down the exhaust brake valve assembly.

4. Disassemble the exhaust brake valve assembly
(a). Remove the 2 fixing nuts of pneumatic cylinder.
(b). Take down the pneumatic cylinder assembly.
