Braking-solenoid exhaust brake valve

5. Inspect the exhaust brake valve
(a). Check the tightness of the pneumatic cylinder, pull
the push rod to see whether its retracing spring is
normal, the piston shall move freely without
clamping stagnation phenomenon.

6. Assemble the exhaust brake valve assembly
(a). Install pneumatic cylinder and screw up the 2 fixing
nuts.
Torque: 21 ～ 25 n•m

7. Install exhaust brake valve assembly
(a). Install the exhaust brake valve with 4 fixing bolts.
Torque: 41 ～ 51 N•m

(b). Connect the air inlet pipe to the exhaust brak
e valve.
