Braking-solenoid exhaust brake valve
Adjustment
1. Adjust exhaust brake solenoid valve
(a). Adjust the valve position after installing the exhaust
brake valve, as shown in the illustration, when all the
valves are open, the dimensions of A and B shall be
the same, the working angle of Omker series
automobile control valve is 60°; adjust with a stop
screw if the value is not correct.
(b). The clearance between the valve and the valve body
is 0.4 ~0.6 mm when all the valves are closed as
shown in the illustration. If the value is not correct,
adjust with the other stop screw
