Solenoid exhaust brake valve
On-vehicle inspection
1. open the dump valve of air reservoir and drain the water before driving to prevent water from entering the solenoid
valve, rusting the valve spring, making the lubricating grease go bad and causing malfunction of solenoid valve.
2. replace with a new solenoid valve o-ring every 50,000 km.
3. inspect the working surfaces of the piston and the air cylinder visually and replace them if the wear is serious.
4. inspect the pneumatic cylinder push rod for deformation or clamping phenomenon, replace if necessary.
