Rear axle- rear wheel brake
15. Connect left rear wheel drum hub and
brake drum
(a). Connect the left rear wheel hub to the
brake drum. Screw down 6 nuts.
Torque:

Vehicle type Torque
1051 series 287 ～ 346 N•m

1061 series 396 ～ 480 N•m

1089 series 396 ～ 480 N•m

Notice:
New nuts must be replaced with.
(b). Make three places of tooth density for
each nut to prevent them from loosening.
16. Install left rear wheel hub with brake
drum assembly
(a). Install the left rear wheel hub with brake
drum on the left half-axle bushing.
Hint:
Make the left half-axle bushing pass through
from the inner and outer tapered roller bearing
center of the left rear wheel hub.

(b). Apply lubricating grease on the inner
ring of the outer tapered roller bearing of
the left rear wheel hub.
Lubricating grease: Lithium Grease

(c). Install the inner ring of the outer tapered
roller bearing of the left rear wheel hub.

(d). Apply lubricating grease on the thread of
left half-axle bushing and the lock nut of
left rear wheel hub bearing.
