Central braking system

Notes

1. notes for the operation of parking brake system
(a). Care must be taken to replace each part properly. Improper installation could affect the performance of the parking
brake system and result in personal sexurity.
(b). Replace all the parts with original pure parts.
(c). Keep all the parts and the work area clean.
(d). The buckles or cable tie removed can not be used again.
2. Parking brake system maintenance notes
(a). Check the parking brake handle every 10,000 Km and pull up the parking brake handle with 500 N force, its
normal stroke is 8 to 12 teeth, if its teeth is more than 14, adjust the brake or the cable.
(b). Make sure to check the parking brake cable once every 10,000Km and replace it every 100,000Km.
(c). Make sure to inspect regularly, inspect it once every 10,000Km.
z Check the central braking drum for wear.
z Check the function of parking brake.
z Check the stroke of parking brake handle.
z Check whether the looseness of each connection.
z Check whether the functions of brake system are normal.
