Hand brake valve

Replacement

1. Remove the transmission control shield (refer to “chapter 31 transmission - transmission control mechanism,
replacement”)

2. Remove the hand brake valve
(a). Remove the 2 fixing screws of hand brake valve
shield.
(b). Take down the hand brake valve shield.

(c). Loose the 2 air pipe terminal nuts of hand brake
valve, and separate the hand brake valve air pipes.
HINT:
Place matchmarks on each air pipe before disconnecting
them for the convenient identification during the
installation.

(d). Remove the 2 fixing bolts of the hand brake valve.
(e). Take down the hand brake valve assembly.

3. Install the hand brake valve
(a). Install the hand brake valve and screw down the 2
fixing bolts.
Torque: 21 ～ 25 N•m
