Parking brake-hand brake cable
Hand brake cable
Replacement
1. Remove the parking brake handle shield (refer to “chapter 27 parking brake-parking brake handle,
replacement”)
2. Remove the transmission control shield (refer to “chapter 31 transmission - transmission control handle
assembly, replacement”)
3. Remove the hand brake cable
(a). Remove the lock nut and adjusting nut of hand brake
cable.

(b). Remove the 2 fixing nuts of hand brake cable.
(c). Remove the lock nuts of hand brake cable and hand
brake arm. 27
