Parking brake-center brake
7. Inspect the brake shoe
(a). Inspect the brake shoe friction lining for abnormal wear, deep grooves, serious crackles and the coking and
deterioration caused by the excessive heat, replace if necessary.
(b). Inspect the thickness of brake shoe friction lining, the
standard value of it is 6mm, replace it if necessary.
8. Overhaul of central braking drum
(a). Inspect the central braking drum for deep grooves,
cracks and abnormal wear, and replace it if
necessary.
(b). Inspect the inner diameter of central braking drum.
Standard value: 203.2 mm
Limit value: 207.0 mm
