24. install the secondary-axle and third-shifting gear
attachment
(a). Install the third-shifting gear needle bearing.
(b). Install the secondary-axle and third-shifting gear
attachment.

Notice:
• The needle steering installed in the gear shall not
be higher than the end face of the gear; otherwise,
new needle bearing shall be replaced with.
• Shake the needle bearing before installation to see
whether any needles are missed; if the bearing is
damaged, replace it in time.

25. Install the third-shifting and fourth-shifting
synchronizers
(a). Install the gear seat of the synchronizer into the gear
ring of it.
(b). Install the third-shifting and fourth-shifting
synchronizer keys.
(c). Install the synchronizer spring.

(d). Install the copper rings of the third-shifting and
fourth-shifting synchronizers.

Hint:
Install according to the marks made during the
disassembly, mixed installation is not permitted.

Notice:
The synchronizer key shall be towards the notch of the
synchronizer copper ring.

26. Install the third-shifting and fourth-shifting
synchronizers
(a). Install the third-shifting and fourth-shifting
synchronizers on the secondary axle.
