It’s no secret that a healthy body supports a sharp mind. When children are physically
      active and well-nourished, their brains perform better. Proper nutrition, in particular, is
      essential for cognitive development. Research shows that children who eat balanced

      meals with the right nutrients have better concentration, memory, and learning abilities.

      Moreover, consistent physical activity improves blood flow to the brain, which enhances
      cognitive function. For example, aerobic exercises like running and cycling are known to
      increase brain activity, helping children stay alert and focused during lessons.
















                                                                                                                               It’s not only the students who play a role in promoting a healthy lifestyle—teachers, parents,
                                                                                                                               and  school  staff  also  have  a  significant  impact.  Schools  can  create  environments  that

                                                                                                                               encourage physical activity, such as offering sports programmes and recess time. Parents
                                                                                                                               can support healthy habits at home by providing balanced meals and encouraging
                                                                                                                               outdoor play. Teachers can reinforce the importance of taking care of one’s body and

                                                                                                                               mind, teaching children how these habits influence their overall well-being.
