4 Allow the bight to slide back toward the
eye as you gently pull on the main part of
the line. The bight should slide to

become small and tight up against the
eye of the hook.
5 Trim off the short tail (practice line may

need a little coaxing and nylon a little
lubrication). The finished knot in practice
line.
