To determine the extent at which the on-line portal access improve as well as promote learning as
oppose to the face-to-face teacher/student modality, 70 respondents or 70 percent of the sampled
respondents were in affirmation that the online portal access improve as well as promote their learning as
oppose to the face-to-face teacher/student modality. 25 percent were of the opinion that there was lesser
extent at which the on-line portal access improve as well as promote learning as oppose to face-to-face
teacher/student modality. 25 percent and 5 percent of the respondents’ showed in their answers that the
on-line portal access improve as well as promote their learning oppose to the face-to-face teacher/student
modality to a lesser extent and non-applicable respectively.
