                                         Charmaine Smalley, M.A., PHR-CP, CWWS, is a dynamic, proactive
                                         and people-driven HR professional with over  twenty (20)  years of
                                         experience in benefits administration, employment, compensation,
                                         employee relations, collective bargaining agreements and knowledge of
                                         all federal and state employment laws. Proven ability to provide critical
                                         support in the development and implementation  of HR strategies that
                                         achieved business results.

                                         Her educational  background includes being a Ph.D. Candidate in
                                         Organizational Development and Human Resource Management from
                                         Capella University, a  M.A. in Human Resource Development from
                                         Bowie  State  University,  and  a  B.A.  in  Public  Administration  from
               University  of Pittsburgh. She also holds certifications from Society for Human Resource
               Management (SHRM) for National Recognized Certification (PHR), National Wellness Institute as
               a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS), University of Pennsylvania – Wharton School
               of Business, Employee Benefits Specialist Program Certificate Candidate (CEBS), and Computer
               Tech –as a Certificate in Applied Computer Programming.

               Her professional affiliations and memberships include Society for Human Resource Management
               (SHRM)  Member, National Chapter; the Association for Talent Development (ATD)  (formerly
               American Society of Training and Development (ASTD)) Member, National Chapter; International
               Society of Certified & Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS) Member, National Chapter; World
               at Work (WAW) Member, National Chapter; American Society of Pension Professional & Actuaries
               (ASPPA) Member, National Chapter.




                                          Stephanie Overton Stanard,  Ph.D., obtained  her Ph.D. in Human
                                          Development (Adult  Learning  and Human Resource  Development)
                                          from Virginia Polytechnic  Institute & State University; an M.A. in
                                          Organizational Communications from Bowie State University; and a
                                          B.S. in Organizational Communications from Bowie State University.

                                          Besides being an instructor at Bowie State University, she has held a
                                          host of positions throughout her career to include Senior Human Capital
                                          Strategist, Senior Program Manager, Deputy Director, Liaison, Chief of
                                          Staff, and Senior Consultant, to name a few.

                                          She is professional affiliations include  Intelligence  and National
               Security Alliance (INSA), Human Resource Leadership Forum (HRLF), American Association of
               Adult and Continuing Education (AAACE).
