                                          Wendy M. Edmonds, Ph.D., is Founder and CEO of Rural Technology
                                          and Economic Development Group,  a Professor at  Bowie State
                                          University, and published author.  Additionally, she facilitates leadership
                                          training  for businesses, organizations and  youth worldwide. Wendy
                                          holds a PhD from University of Maryland Eastern Shore, B.S. degree
                                          from Bowie State University,  an M.S.M. degree from Johns Hopkins
                                          University, and a doctoral degree from University of Maryland Eastern
                                          Shore. Her  area of research is in organizational  leadership where she
                                          focuses on the various perspectives of leader-follower relationships.
                                          Wendy, the  youngest daughter of Elder James and Deaconess Eloise
                                          Frasier continues to enjoy over 20 years of marriage to Warren, as her
                                          three children (Darrell, Alicia, Arielle), four grandchildren (Emmanuel,
                                          Cyrie, Amyiah, Janiya and Zayarah),and one Jack Russell dog (Cutie)
               are her pride and joy.


               Adjunct Faculty


                                          Davitta B. Ealy, M.S., CMP  is VP of Finance and also services as
                                          project director and lead facilitator for TRESOTMI, LLC.  She currently
                                          serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Arts Human Resource
                                          Development Program at Bowie State University. For the last 11 years,
                                          she has served as the Program Manager for a  Federal Government
                                          contractor where she has responsibility for overseeing a yearly budget
                                          of $5M and developing conferences, trainings and events centered on
                                          Mental Health and Substance Abuse issues.

                                          In  addition to having over 15  years of proven leadership
                                          accomplishments in both the public and private sectors, she is an avid
               supporter of her community. As a founding member of Destiny’s Promise, she has provided 15 years
               of mentorship and training to young girls and  their mother’s ages 9-25 years old.    Davitta holds a
               B.S. degree in Community Development from the University of Maryland College Park; a M.S.
               degree in Organizational Leadership from Nyack College, where she sought to find a link between
               Servant  Leadership and Personality Types  Indicators; and is a Certified Meeting Professional
               through the Convention Industry Council, Washington, DC.  Davitta will pursue her doctoral degree
               in Organizational Leadership.
